Sayless is a B2B software product for residential lettings operators, currently operating as a trading name pending formal company registration. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at help@sayless.co.in.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following types of personal data:

• →Contact information name and email address when you submit our contact form or access our free tools (RRA Notice Guide).
• →Usage data pages visited, time spent, browser type, and approximate location via analytics tools (see Section 4).
• →Communication data any information you share with us via email or through our contact form.

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or data from children under 18.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

4. Analytics and cookies

We use the following analytics tools to understand how our website is used:

• →Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, and device type. Data is processed by Google. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
• →Netlify Analytics server-side analytics that does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

GA4 uses cookies. By continuing to use our site, you consent to the use of analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Third-party data processors

We use trusted third-party services to operate our website and communications. These processors only handle your data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Current categories of third-party processors include: email delivery services, website hosting providers, and analytics platforms. All processors are selected to meet GDPR-compliant standards.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of each analytics platform (typically 14 months for GA4).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website is hosted on secure infrastructure with HTTPS encryption.

9. Client data

Sayless is currently in pre-launch stage and does not process end-user data on behalf of clients through its product. When the product launches and client relationships are established, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be made available to govern how Sayless handles data on behalf of its clients.
